These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website, which is operated by LegacyGuard Financial ("we", "us", "our"), which provides life insurance services through advisors licensed in Ontario and Nova Scotia. By using the website or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What this website does
This website lets you request information and quotes about life insurance products. Submitting the form does not create an insurance policy, guarantee coverage, or bind any insurer. Coverage is provided only by an insurer, under a policy issued by that insurer, after your application is approved.
2. Quotes and eligibility
Any quote, coverage amount or benefit described on this website is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final premiums, coverage amounts and eligibility are determined by the insurer and depend on its underwriting, which may include health and lifestyle questions. Coverage amounts of up to $250,000 depend on your age and personal circumstances. Terminal illness benefits, where available, require a diagnosis by a medical specialist of 12 months or less to live and are subject to the policy's terms and conditions. Not all products are available to all applicants.
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ontario or Nova Scotia.
3. Your information
You agree to provide information that is true, accurate and complete, and that belongs to you. Inaccurate information can affect your quote, and misrepresentation on an insurance application can result in a policy being cancelled or a claim being denied. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
4. Consent to contact
By submitting the form, you agree that we and our licensed advisors may contact you by phone (including calls placed or assisted by automated or virtual assistant technology), text message and email at the details you provided, about your quote and related products. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product.
5. No advice through the website
Content on this website is general information only and is not financial, legal, tax or insurance advice for your situation. Advice is provided only by a licensed advisor after reviewing your needs.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit information about another person without their permission, interfere with or disrupt the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, use automated tools to submit forms or collect data, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
